Redundant churches

Although a rare occurrence, the sensitive adaptive re-use of former places of worship – often buildings that have been significant landmarks in both city and country locations – is an important issue for local communities. One successful adaptation is the conversion of an old church in Jersey Road, Woollahra, into townhouses – a project undertaken by Hector a number of years ago.
