It’s the Christmas repair season

The scaffolding is up at St Andrew’s College at the University of Sydney, heralding the annual summer season of restoration and maintenance work.

Developed by Hector Abrahams in 2003, the program provides a framework for repairs to the Main Building dating from 1876 and its various additions. Undertaken in manageable chunks, both in time and cost, it allows the college to plan for the upkeep of its original buildings. Since 2012, much of this work has been overseen by Brianna Jessup.
